
If you are not home at the time of delivery, DHL will attempt to leave your order safe with a neighbour where possible, rather than returning it to us. It will provide you with tracking information and options should you need to rearrange delivery. The vast majority of orders sent via DHL are received the following working weekday but please allow up to 3 working days in the event of an unexpected delay with the courier service. Orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched on the same day. We regret that we cannot deliver internationally. Smaller orders will be despatched via Royal Mail at the standard quoted rate. We can deliver large and heavy orders to the Scottish Highlands for £20.95 (our courier charges a higher rate for these regions). For example, small hot sauce orders are despatched via Royal Mail and large, heavy beer and wine orders are despatched via DHL.
